This workshop will take you on a journey into your deepest self through movement and self-reflection prompts. We often race through life on auto-pilot, disconnected from our body and emotions, without tapping into how we really feel.
Join us in community as we unlock our bodies and emotions through a lens of movement, reflection, love and joy.
Whether you’re someone who meditates and enjoys ecstatic dance, rarely talks about your feelings or longs for deeper connection with self, this is a space for every kind of woman.

About the Speaker
Treasa Spragg: Although Treasa has worked in various industries throughout her career, the passion which has accompanied her since her first ballet classes at the age of 7 in Ireland has been dance. As a Zumba instructor of almost 12 years,
Treasa has been helping people to move their bodies for many years but reCalibrate is different. This is an invitation deep into your body, to connect with yourself in a way that you don't often take the time to do. By moving our hips and ribs, our shoulders and knees, we'll bring fluidity to our joints and muscles and awaken dormant emotions.
Be prepared to laugh and cry, to feel deeply and to exhale thoroughly. Lay down your usual roles and duties to spend some time exploring what's within, waiting to be expressed, and reconnect with your heart and core.
